hello! I an Chef Ian Scully i have been working in kitchens for a long time working many positions in multipe restruants and cooking at home over the past 10 years.  in addition I have also refined my skills working with local farms and fishers to learn meat and fish fabrication. a little known fact is im a huge foodie and love to go to philadelphia and taste the divers cusine weather it is a hole in the wall cheese steak or a fine dining restruant. i hope to bring the wide varitey of flavors back to Pa and combine that with the amazing local food we have to creaet the best dining exprience weather you are here for BBQ or a tasting menu.
